Why No BS?

Is your meat certified?

Yes. Every single product is meticulously crafted under strict USDA inspection to ensure safety without compromising our bold flavors.

How long does the meat last?

Unopened pack will last for at least a year. Keep away from direct light. Though, once you taste them, they usually disappear fast.

Is it uncured?

"The "Uncured"/"No Nitrates or Nitrites Added" label is actually misleading - research shows those products contain at least equal amounts of nitrites. Consumer Reports even petitioned the USDA about this, and the USDA agreed to change labeling rules to fix this misleading practice. Using nitrites is an ancient tradition that ensures product safety. Our products have the same amounts of nitrites and nitrates as "uncured" products.
